If I fall to pieces in crises, there wasn't much to YOU in the first instance " - the message

It's not about the problem, yes it about you.
Stop pointing finger, grow up and build capacity.

The law of capacity state that
You can't do what you don't have the capacity for.

When nothing is happening be working on your self
CapaCITY... Every CAPA will help you lead a CITY

There is a capacity to manage money at every level
- When you say you want 1 million, I ask you,  do you have the capacity to manage #500,000?

There are two kinds of entrepreneurs
1. Credibility enable Entrepreneur ( one with track record)
2. Non credibility enable entrepreneur ( one without)

Once you start your entrepreneurship journey start building track records.

I ask you what do you have on your credibility report card?

Mike work on your credibility and build it.

Do you have track record?
Have you served people before?
Transfer of ability from father to son is Key.

It's mature mind that go into business, please take note
It's take a sound mind to succeed in business.
So, build capacity before you go around asking people for financial support.

Success is who you are...
If success is what you have, once you lose it, you can't get it
But if success is who you are, you can reproduce it again and again when you lose it.

The work to do is Working ON WHO YOU Are
Seriously === you need to work on who you are.

Mike go and learn skill that will enhance your speaking ability and design ability
- learn effective communication
- how to designed professionally
- learn how to designed website and create App.
- work on your training program and make them more promising and result oriented.

The more problem you solve the richer and better you become.
So, don't run away from problems.

Problems are Good, if you don't like problem you are in situation trouble, it's either your mind and thinking is low or you don't understand the process of growth.

Problem are opportunity un discovered
Problems are catalyst for growth

Wisdom and knowledge is the key to sustainability
- Get it and rule your world

Instant Cash mentality

Our people in our society are too in an harry to get rich quick.  Because of that many of them, refuse to learn skill that are needed in the future but prefer to ride okada.

Where most of the professional in town, they are not from delta State. What is wrong?  Instant rich mentality.

The ability to go through pain, the ability to Labour and get results.

The ability to be focus on one thing and doing it.

Everyone has a different measurement for success
Don't use someone to measure your level of success.

I don't have control over opportunity but I have control over my capacity development.

When preparation meet opportunity the rest is history.

Speed vs focus and steady = please choose fs
It's dangerous to be too low and dangerous to be too speed.
